10 years Warranty :

We understand that plating can wear with time and use. Therefore, we offer a 10-year warranty on the gold plating integrity. If the plating shows premature or unusual wear (e.g., significant discoloration or peeling) under normal use within ten years, please contact us for a resolution, which may include a re-plating service for a small fee.

What is Not Covered:

· Loss or theft of the item.

· Damage, peeling, or discoloration resulting from improper care, exposure to chemicals, moisture, or abrasion.

· Damage caused by a third party or unauthorized repair attempts.

· Intentional damage or alteration of the piece.
